Granada CA captured its fourth consecutive Division 2 girls team title and 10th overall at the CIF North Coast Section Championships at Hayward High in Hayward, Calif. Colleen McCandless won for Granada, covering the 3-mile course in 17:22.8, leading all seven athletes in the top 16, as the Matadors produced the fastest team time in course history at 89:10. Savannah Maselli placed fifth in 17:46.5, Kalea Bartolotto took seventh in 17:56.1, Amaiah McIntosh finished eighth in 18:00.8 and Shae Hill was the team's fifth scorer in 10th place in 18:04.1. Gracie Dupuis finished 11th in 18:12.4 and Kinga Bihari placed 16th in 18:42.3 for Granada, which prevailed over San Ramon Valley by a 31-70 margin.
